Detroit’s annual 313 Day celebration is all about showing love for the Motor City — and one downtown business is using the occasion to show appreciation for those who serve the community every day.
AM BUZZ Detroit will be giving away free breakfast sandwiches and coffee to Detroit Police Department officers on Thursday, March 13, in honor of 313 Day.
Free Breakfast for Detroit Police Officers
The giveaway is open to active-duty members of the Detroit Police Department, who can stop by the coffee shop between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. to receive a complimentary breakfast sandwich and coffee.
The promotion is meant as a small thank-you to the officers who work in and serve the city.
“313 Day is about celebrating Detroit and the people that make this city strong,” said Becca Crass, manager of AM BUZZ. “We’re proud to support the officers who work every day in our beloved city and this is a small way to say thank you.”
